Nemeček is a three-piece rock trio consisting of Vedran Živković, Leo Beslać, and Borna Maksan. They strive to expand their established musical, conceptual, and production approach by intertwining the influences of fierce rock sound, Slavic symbolism, and krautrock. Their work represents a cold, dystopian blend of cosmic music and local psychedelic heritage, where the offspring of the Pannonian Plain—with the help of new-era legacy and the magic of the Slavonian tambura—build a Balkan wall of sound while invoking both past and future times. They skillfully explore variations of harmonic expression, attempting to portray the erosion of the landscape of modern emotional states by contrasting and establishing fluid dynamics alongside surging distortion.
