About
NOM bring their European tour to Belgrade with the "dramatic-idiotic show" the band has been running for decades. The set mixes songs tested over the years, the best-known ones, and new material.
The band appeared on the Leningrad rock scene at the end of the 1980s and has worked in its own coordinate system ever since: while the scene around them aimed at serious rock heroics, NOM settled on the "idiotisation of the dramatic sides of life and dramatisation of the idiotic ones". The music runs from garage rock through electronics to something close to comic opera, drawing on Kozma Prutkov and the OBERIU poets. Artemy Troitsky once called the band the last bastion of merciless satire.
