Currant

Based in Limassol, Cyprus, currant is a compelling new project formed by expatriate Russian musicians with deep roots in the Moscow underground scene. The band delivers a heavy, brooding mix of post-metal, shoegaze, and alternative rock, drawing strong sonic comparisons to artists like Deftones and Alcest.

Their debut EP, differences bygone, perfectly showcases this dark energy. It seamlessly blends crushing guitar riffs with melancholic, atmospheric soundscapes and raw Russian vocals—a powerful nod to their cultural heritage and indie background.

Local support will be announced at a later date.
