Miloš Čolović Sextet — August 20 at Bluz i Pivo! One of the most exciting lineups on Serbia’s young jazz scene is coming to Bluz i Pivo. Led by bassist and composer Miloš Čolović, who lives and works between Vienna and Belgrade, this all-star sextet brings together some of the country’s most prominent jazz musicians. Their album To The Beat Of My Footsteps, released on A.Ma Records, was named the Serbian release of the year for 2025 by Jazzin.rs, receiving excellent reviews and airplay across Europe. The sextet’s music draws on the traditions of hard bop and post-bop, enriched by influences from film music, free jazz, and alternative rock — combining tradition, a distinctive compositional voice, and a contemporary sound.
