Victor Belinda, a French tuba and sousaphone player, singer, multi-instrumentalist and composer, is coming to Belgrade with his Solo Show!
Born in Nîmes, France, into a family of musicians, Victor Hege has spent more than fifteen years developing a musical expression that combines his classical and jazz roots with contemporary music, improvisation and influences from different cultures. As a multi-instrumentalist, he plays sousaphone, tuba, euphonium, serpent and various flutes, as well as working with vocals.
Throughout his career, he has performed around the world with his own projects and as a collaborator with numerous international ensembles, including Fischermanns Orchestra, Traktorkestar and Pullup Orchestra. His work spans jazz, improvisation, theatre, rap and experimental forms, with a strong inclination toward bringing seemingly incompatible musical worlds together.
