About
Esoteric Oil Lamp (Fenjer na ezotereju :)) is a collaboration of four bodies serving as vehicles for transmitting essential cosmic energy through the spirit within our planet's frequency range. Namely, as the name itself suggests, it is a lantern that uses esotericism as fuel to illuminate this dark society in which we live.
EOL believes that everything is ONE!!! You can call it spirit, life, music... it can be called jazz or, as Miles Davis called it, "social music"... these are all just synonyms for one and the same "thing"... and that is THE PRESENT MOMENT!!! It is the power of living in the present moment with full focus on yourself and everything around you...
With precisely this perspective, this quartet creates a "cosmic goulash" at every performance using a palette of musical styles such as jazz, funk, neo-soul, African music, Latin music, and others, all woven together with the avant-garde. The four bodies that make up EOL are known by the names Vojislav Savkov, Marko Čurčić, Aleksandar Škorić, and Aca Pejčić.
