The album was recorded at Sound Station Studio in Zagreb between April 23 and 27, 2025, capturing the energy of their renowned live performances — the power, emotion, humor, and unmistakable musicianship that define the band. Norman Beaker is one of the most respected blues musicians in the United Kingdom, with a career spanning more than five decades. Active since the late 1960s, he has remained devoted to blues and R&B, helping keep the genre alive across the UK and Europe. Throughout his career, Beaker has collaborated with many legendary artists, including the Graham Bond Organisation, Alexis Korner, B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Van Morrison, Jack Bruce, Lowell Fulson, Chuck Berry, Larry Garner, and Chris Farlowe. The trust placed in him by so many blues icons as a guitarist, vocalist, and bandleader reflects his exceptional talent and musicianship. His playing combines the raw power of Chicago blues with the energy of British blues rock, while always remaining tasteful and deeply rooted in tradition.
