About
Kedr Livanskiy returns to Belgrade for a live show at Karmakoma, eight months after her last appearance in the city.
Kedr Livanskiy — Yana Kedrina — is one of the central figures of the Russian underground. She writes from the immediacy of 1990s pop, the pulse of British rave electronics and the plainness of folk, in a language of her own that is usually filed under lo-fi and bedroom pop. She has five studio albums out, among them "Myrtus Myth", has been covered by Pitchfork and The Guardian, and has played Primavera in Spain, Stihia in Uzbekistan, headline shows across Europe and a tour of Japan.
For this show she brings an updated live set with new material from a forthcoming EP made with producer vyaliyy, alongside earlier songs.
Music starts at 20:00.
