The largest congress and cultural center in Serbia and one of the biggest halls in the former Yugoslavia, located in Block 19 of New Belgrade. Opened in 1977, it became a symbol of Yugoslav modernism and was listed as a cultural monument in 2021. Its main Blue Hall seats around 4,000 and hosts major concerts, ballet, conferences, and festivals.
